I have just completed the TIEM EAL Level 3 course over 2 weeks at the training centre. The course was delivered brilliantly by Dawn, her technical background in the aviation and rail industries is really applicable for this electrical course. The course is not straightforward, covering star delta and complex 24V relay logic circuits, however the delivery of the course is done in such a way that the information can be understood, even for people with little electrical experience. Social distancing was implemented and the lunch options are of a good quality. Overall I’m happy with the training centre and will be looking to attend the PLC course in the future.

Wendy has been exceptional and her knowledge is outstanding. She has been the best lecturer I’ve ever had in the electrical industry.

The 2391-52 course in Watford has good facilities, food and coffee provided. The tutor Wendy Thompson is excellent and very helpful with anything you dont understand, also makes the learning experience enjoyable, highly recommend this course.

Having done an electrical course with a different training provider (not to name names but it’s in Camberwell). The difference in quality is like night and day! TLS amazed me with the quality of their teachers. I did the 2391-52 inspection and testing. I had Andy who is usually based in their site up north, then Wendy assessed my practical and also gave me lots of feedback. Both have years of experience and knew their stuff that inspires confidence! Facilities are very good, free parking, free lunch, positive learning environment, and it’s very competitively priced. This will be the first place I stop by if I plan to do courses in the future. Highly recommended. Also just want to say thank you to the people who left reviews here. I based my decision to train here on the reviews I read because there are so many different training companies out there with lots of marketing and “sales talk” that in reality turn out to be nothing like they advertise.
