In response to requests made by electrical installer organisations and the Electrical Distributor Association, BEAMA have developed a Safety Check List for MCBs, RCCBs and RCBOs to help their members to identify products on the market which may be non-compliant with electrical standards. The check list incorporates a straightforward three step process including signs to look for as part of a visual inspection of a product together with the types of questions to ask to help to ensure that individuals and companies are purchasing compliant products.
