The certification body Refcom has published a guidance document on the implications of Brexit on the F-gas regulations. Refcom says the document will clarify the position we are in, and the consequences of certain proposals still being discussed, after the UK leaves the European Union on March 30. Due to the constantly shifting nature of the debates in parliament, and negotiations in Brussels, the guidance will be reviewed and updated as positions and situations change.
