
City & Guilds 2346-03 Experienced Worker
The experienced worker qualification is for practising electricians with at least 5 years' experience but have never formally completed an industry apprenticeship or equivalent Level 3 NVQ Qualification.
This is suitable for self-employed and employed electricians. This is the Level 3 pathway for practising electricians to become fully qualified and to obtain your ECS Gold Card and JIB Grading.

As little as 6 months (must be completed within 18 months)
This can be completed in as little as 6 months with your assessor's support however it will depend on how quickly you can provide the performance evidence required. This qualification must be completed within 18 months. if you would like to discuss the exact course dates for each module.
Achieve a City & Guilds qualification for 2346 Level 3 Experienced Worker NVQ.
Will enable candidates to be able to take the end point assessment of competence – AM2E.
Essential for electricians, maintenance engineers, contractors who have never completed an apprenticeship or equivalent Level 3 NVQ qualification who are seeking membership of recognised competent-person schemes.

Must have been working as an Installation or Maintenance Electrician for over 5 years, with City & Guilds 2382-22, 2391-50 or 2391-52, and a Level 2 Electrotechnical Qualification

City & Guilds 2346 Level 3 Experienced Worker NVQ
Eligibility to take the AM2E end point assessment
Eligibility to apply for ECS Gold Card and JIB Grading upon AM2E completion
