Technique World Cup 2026 Sweepstake Competition – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter of this promotion is Technique Training Ltd ("Technique Learning Solutions", "Technique", "we", "our", "us").
1.2 By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Promotion Overview
2.1 Eligible students who book and fully pay for a qualifying course during the Promotional Period will automatically be entered into the Technique World Cup Sweepstakes ("Promotion").
2.2 Each eligible entrant will be randomly allocated a national team participating in the FIFA World Cup.
2.3 If the allocated team goes on to win the FIFA World Cup, the entrant may be eligible to receive a refund of 100% of the course fees paid, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Promotional Period
3.1 The Promotion will run from 03/06/2026 until 19/07/2026 ("Promotional Period").
3.2 Course bookings and full payment must be received during the Promotional Period to qualify.
4. Eligibility
4.1 The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who book and fully pay for an eligible Learn Technique course during the Promotional Period.
4.2 All Technique training courses are eligible for entry into this Promotion, with the exception of AM2 Assessments, ELCAS and CTP bookings which are expressly excluded.
4.3 Employees of Technique, their immediate family members, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this Promotion may not participate.
4.4 Entry is only available once the qualifying course has been paid for in full.
4.5 Courses booked but not fully paid for during the Promotional Period will not qualify for entry.
4.6 Technique reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
5. Entry Requirements
5.1 Entry is automatic upon booking and full payment of an eligible course.
5.2 No entry will be made until the course fees have been paid in full.
5.3 Each qualifying course booking constitutes one entry.
5.4 Students booking multiple eligible courses may receive multiple entries unless otherwise stated by Technique.
6. Team Allocation
6.1 Following entry, each eligible participant will be randomly allocated a FIFA World Cup team.
6.2 Team allocations will be conducted fairly and at random by Technique.
6.3 Multiple entrants may be allocated the same team. Team allocations are not exclusive and Technique does not guarantee that each team will be allocated only once.
6.4 The number of entrants allocated to any particular team may vary and will be determined entirely at random.
6.5 Once allocated, teams cannot be exchanged, transferred, or changed.
6.6 Technique reserves the right to conduct the team allocation after the close of the Promotional Period or at any other reasonable time determined by us.
7. Winning Criteria
7.1 An entrant's allocated team must be the official winner of the FIFA World Cup tournament for the entrant to be eligible for a prize.
7.2 Where only one entrant has been allocated the winning team, that entrant will receive a refund equal to 100% of the course fees paid for the qualifying course.
7.3 Where multiple entrants have been allocated the winning team, all such entrants will be entered into a separate random draw.
7.4 One winner will be selected at random from those entrants allocated the winning team.
7.5 The selected winner will receive a refund equal to 100% of the course fees paid for their qualifying course.
7.6 No additional prizes or refunds will be awarded to other entrants allocated the winning team.
8. Prize
8.1 The prize consists solely of a refund of 100% of the course fees paid for the qualifying course associated with the winning entry.
8.2 The refund will not exceed the amount actually paid by the student.
8.3 No cash alternative, substitution, transfer, or alternative prize will be offered.
8.4 Any travel costs, accommodation costs, assessment fees, examination fees, equipment costs, or other expenses not included within the qualifying course fee are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise.
8.5 Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
9. Course Attendance and Cancellations
9.1 Students who cancel their course booking and receive a refund before the team allocation takes place will forfeit their entry.
9.2 If a student becomes entitled to a refund under Technique's standard cancellation policy, their entry into the Promotion will automatically be withdrawn.
9.3 Technique reserves the right to withhold the prize if payment is disputed, reversed, charged back, or otherwise recovered.
10. Winner Notification
10.1 The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of booking within 30 days of the conclusion of the FIFA World Cup.
10.2 If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, Technique reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entrants.
11. General
11.1 Technique reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11.2 Technique's decision regarding all aspects of the Promotion shall be final.
11.3 Technique accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise invalid due to technical or administrative reasons.
11.4 Personal data supplied in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with Technique's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
11.5 The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with FIFA.
11.6 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
